#3 Set aside a particular time of day to make the calls to your insurance, there may be a wait time so try to set up something to do while you wait ( draw, paint, do the dishes, fold laundry, play with a pet)
#4 Post a question here to a forum if you are looking for support before you speak with your therapist
#5 Know that the system is broken- keep an affirmation close by, such as " I am doing what I can right now with the information I have. I am a good problem solver."
