Hi! Just sharing a link to an LGBTQ+ mental health resource guide I maintain. It's largely NYC-focused but has some national (and general mental health) resources as well. Also, I want to share that I requested a single case agreement (SCA) to see an out-of-network therapist from my health insurance company last year because there were no in-network genuinely queer-affirmative trauma therapists. I am a clinical social worker myself and I advocated for myself as if I were advocating for a client. My SCA was approved and has been renewed each time since.
